Have your say..
I think 12 years or 15 is max for any manager because you lose your edge unless you start at 25 and none of them start that young so yes. Cos for as long as I've been around he's been the manager lol

THE PETER CECH THING IS EMBERRASSING BECOS 1 THING A MANAGER MUST HAVE IS JUDGMENT. HE DOESN'T NEED YOUTH OR STAMINA SO HE'D BETTER HAVE JUDGMENT.

he's 65 it's like the old alpha lion cld be ousted from the tribe, there's going to be a moment when he's going but hopefully he sees it before others what that time is, people are looking seriously now for the first time, the chelsea defeat the david ospina decision, the low performance.. myself i don't know he may still have 3 or 4 more years and this is just a bad patch.

Probably yes but are you saying 3/4 years with arsenal on top of their game? I think this is a problem with uk football. We should not be thinking oh can this manager still be ok, then lets do it. We should be thinking What is it going to take ti get the team to shine, to its highest potential, and then do what it takes to get there.
He has to fix this Petr Cech thing and make amends first of all.

Cech has said hey it's all good, so that takes Wenger off the hook, in his mind anyhow.
