Jihadi John is dead. Is this where Isis starts to topple?

Maybe wishful thinking, but there is a points in every political story that marks change. This is a blow for Isis to be sure, but could it be more? With US and Russia both pounding on the group, Isis is maybe more vulnerable than before. What do you think..

A tiny bit wishful maybe as you say. It's certainly not the year they wanted it to be.

Jihadi John was just a poster boy right? So it's only a symbolic loss for Isis. He was not a ruler or a strategist or something. I don't think it's so important, it's mostly a propaganda coup for the west.

I think people suspect Isis is stronger than it really is, like some comparing it to National Socialism. It's not quite like that,

It so depends on how this is handled. Anerica defeated Hussain and they made the problem worse. They can defeat Isis and make the problem worse again. So it depends on how it's handled. Isis is actually attacking innocent outsiders unlike Saddam. Taking Husain out was a crime.

Sometimes when things come to a head it actually drives towards action and a solution. It's sad that so many people had to die and it looks like not all intelligence was acted on as it should.

I'm surprised france is just rushing in with a revenge operation that is a bit knee jerky. The best response so far is by Anonymous Hackers.
