For me it's far too tough to call. I've always had a soft spot for Argentina at the world cup so will be backing them but can't see them hitting the same heights as 4 years ago.

It’s looking straightforward for now, every group has a clear front runner. At the end I think it’s going to come down to the ‘USUAL”. Not really a bad thing as Brazil & Argentina serve up unforgettable football.

This one is the 1st Worldcup I’m really into big league. Friday night was exciting, and so was today maybe even more. I was hoping Germany would lose but I never ever thought they would so early on. I was so frikkin high not because Germany lost really but with all the excitement of will they wont they. Is it still going to get any better than this? I love big upsets.

I’m so excited right now, this was all worth waiting for after all. Feeling proud. England’s confidence just grew through the whole game.

If I was English, my main worry would be how strong Sweden are defensively as they are much better in that department than Colombia and England only managed to create one chance in open play against them. It appears to me that the victory has glossed over how poor the performance actually was last night

We just got lucky in the end. Hopefully we will again be lucky against Sweden. The whole Worldcup has been weird and full of surprises. But those were the worst nail biting minutes I have had in a long time. I was more nervous than for my HIV test results.

I feel so sure we are going to win. Ok I know it's 50/50 but this match wont be that much harder than Sweden though Croatia are more aggressive. I say we are in the finals. I did not think I would ever even say that.
